Valuation

Valuation is the process of determining the current worth of a startup. There are many techniques that can be used to determine a startup’s valuation. However, the valuation is typically (and simply) just the amount negotiated between the investor and the startup at a financing, instead of an actual results/formula-based equation used for mature companies.
